CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

1961, since 20 August 2013 Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Swiss, degree in economics. Since October 2009 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Group, from September 2012 until August 2013 CEO ad interim. Before working as a freelance financial consultant from 2004 to 2008, he was CFO of listed company Valora Group, and from 2000 until 2004 he was CFO and then CEO of the start-up company Mediservice AG. Prior to this he worked for various Swissair group companies for 13 years, including a stint as CFO of Nuance Global Traders in Australia and Asia.

Beatrice Grünwald

CHIEF PURCHASING OFFICER

Born in 1966, she has been Chief Purchasing Officer (CPO) since 11 November 2013. The textile and garment engineer has over 20 years' experience as a product manager and buyer in the vertical retail industry. In her previous role, she was responsible for purchasing and procurement during a five-year period as a member of the management board at BiBA GmbH in Duisburg, Germany. In the course of her career, she has held various positions in the purchasing department at Charles Vögele over a 12-year period. Beatrice Grünwald has a degree from Reutlingen University of Applied Sciences.

Meinrad Fleischmann

CHIEF SALES OFFICER (CSO) ad interim

1961, since 24 November 2015 Chief Sales Officer ad interim – also Vice Chairman of the Board of Charles Vögele Holding AG since 29 April 2015, first elected in 2014.

Lic. Oec., University of St. Gallen. From 2007 – 2015 CEO of the Pfister Group. Meinrad Fleischmann is an experienced leader with extensive knowledge of retail, especially fashion retail, in the Swiss market. Before becoming CEO of the Pfister Group, he was head of the fashion company Schild from 2002–2006. From 1999–2001 he was CEO of ABM and from 1997–1999 he was CEO of Herren Globus, where he began his career in 1987, holding various positions in purchasing and sales.
