| 2003 | The Vögele Shares have been delisted from the Frankfurt StockEchange as of January 22nd. The listing at the SWX Swiss Exchange is not affected and remains unchanged. |
| 2002 | On October 22nd the listing comittee of the German stock exchange acceded to the request for delisting at the Frankfurt stock exchange. As of October 1st 2002, the former Charles Vögele Deutschland (Nord) GmbH, was merged with Charles Vögele Deutschland (Süd) GmbH, which subsequently has been renamed to Charles Vögele Deutschland GmbH. Charles Vögele, founder of the company, died at the age of 79 on 21st of April. |
