2005	Charles Vögele Holding AG celebrates its 50 anniversary (founded on 5 March 1955).
	Visual appearance of the company is renewed based on an evolutionary approach. Charles Vögele Switzerland is introduced as the company's new logo.
	Opening of the first store in Slovenska Bistrica, Slovenia.
2004	Merger of Charles Vögele Fashion (Netherlands) B.V. and Charles Vögele (Netherlands) B.V.. The newly established company is named Charles Vögele (Netherlands) B.V..
